RPS 2024 Notice of AGM Ringstead Protection Society CIO Charity No 1173438 Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Society to be held at Shambles, Ringstead, Dorset DT2 8NG on Sunday 25th August 2024 at 10.30 am. The meeting will be held outside so please dress accordingly and bring your own chair if possible. If the weather is so bad that the meeting cannot be held outside and a quorum cannot be safely accommodated indoors, then the meeting will be adjourned. Agenda 1. Welcome 2. Apologies 3. It is expected they will be posted no later than 30 September 2024. *Trustees and Officers - the Trustees are Vicky Banham, Lucy Kirkpatrick, Nigel Williams, Tim Pratelli, Simon Walker and Louise Scott. In accordance with the Society’s Constitution, Tim Pratelli and Vicky Banham retire from office by rotation but being eligible, Tim Pratelli offers himself for re-election. Vicky Banham is stepping down. The Officers are Nigel Williams (Chairman), Vacant (Secretary) and Tim Pratelli (Treasurer). In accordance with the Constitution, all retire from office but may offer themselves for reappointment and, being eligible, they have kindly agreed so to do. At the AGM appropriate resolutions will be proposed to seek confirmation of these appointments.
